Straight Hair Overnight with Hair Wrapping

I think my life's work (concerning my hair anyways) is figuring out a way to straighten out my frizzy curls with minimal work. Dont get me wrong, I love my curly hair (when its behaving), but theres something about being able to run my fingers thru my hair without it getting caught in a messy curl that fuels my straight hair desires.
I've gone down the normal blow dry and straight iron road for many years, and now that I'm a Mom of two, I really dont want to spend an hour blow drying my hair. On top of that, I really want to keep heat to a minimum to maintain the health of my hair. So, I've turn to a lot of heat-free methods to straighten my hair--- and much to my chagrin, most of the methods I've tried have left my hair looking flat, lifeless and usually with a ton of kinks and weird dents where the clips/bobby pins/hair things left their mark while my hair was drying. So after a lot of research I came across a method called hair wrapping. A lot of Africian American women use this method, and its an easy techniquie to use and sleep in!
I decided to record a tutorial of me doing this hair method so its easier to see.

Sorry the recording and audio quality is poor. I'm still trying to figure out this video thing ;)

If you give this method a try, let me know how it goes in the comments!
